Terms of use
Effective 11 July 2026. These terms describe responsible use of HYRDOC by doctors, employers and authorised verification professionals.
Professional information
Users must submit accurate information and must not present self-declared records as independently verified. HYRDOC may preserve version and audit history when records change.
Verification outcomes
A verification result records the evidence and source available at the time. “Unable to verify” is not the same as a negative result. Hospitals, colleges and employers remain responsible for appointment, credentialing and privilege decisions.
Consent and access
Doctor information may be shared only for an identified purpose and authorised scope. Users must not copy, disclose or reuse information outside that purpose.
Account security
Users must protect passwords and OTP codes, report unauthorised access and avoid uploading malicious or unlawful content.
Availability
The platform may be updated, restricted or temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance or legal reasons.
Payments and service activation
HYRDOC may use an institutional proforma and Cheque or Demand Draft instead of instant online checkout for verification, credentialing and related managed services. This controlled process allows the authorised institution, selected scope, evidence requirements and source pathways to be reviewed before activation. A payee name shown on the proforma may be the configured payment collection name used for the transaction and may differ from the HYRDOC product name. Payment activates the approved service scope; it does not guarantee a positive verification, credentialing, appointment or privilege outcome.
