Privacy notice
Effective 11 July 2026. HYRDOC processes professional and identity information to create doctor profiles, support recruitment, perform authorised verification and maintain compliance records.
Information collected
Account details, professional registration, qualifications, employment, documents, job activity, consent records, verification evidence, security logs and communications.
Why it is used
To operate the Trust Passport, match roles, process applications, conduct approved checks, prevent misuse, maintain audit trails and meet legal or contractual duties.
Sharing
Employers and verification personnel receive only the information required for an authorised purpose and role. Public Passport links are controlled by scope, expiry, access code and revocation settings.
Retention and protection
Records are retained only as needed for service, audit, dispute, security and legal purposes. HYRDOC uses access controls, private document storage, request logging and controlled downloads.
Your choices
Doctors may correct profile information, review consent, revoke future sharing and request support regarding their account. Revocation does not erase processing already lawfully completed or records that must be retained.
